Visual Designer for Marketing Team

Responsibilities - Create marketing visuals such as social media graphics, banners, ads, and promotional materials - Design landing page mockups, email visuals, and brand-aligned creative assets - Collaborate with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective designs - Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables - Iterate quickly based on feedback and deliver polished final assets - Prepare optimized files for web and digital platforms Requirements - Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role - Strong portfolio showcasing digital marketing work - Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent) - Understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Team player and strong team collaboration - Good communication skills and openness to feedback Nice to Have - Experience creating motion graphics or simple animations - Familiarity with performance marketing creatives (ads, A/B variations, etc.) Workload: ongoing needs with potential long-term collaboration, around 20h/week If you're a creative problem solver who loves crafting visuals that stand out, please send your portfolio and a short intro message.
