The Head of YouTube will also be expected to partner with the digital leadership team to inform the customer journey from YouTube viewer to paid subscriber and to ensure that the content developed aligns with the company's key objectives.Applicants for the Head of YouTube Post Production and Audience Development role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of digital video creative experience, with at least 5 years specifically in editing videos for YouTube and developing creative strategies for the platform.
