About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Support Specialist to join our CPC Processor team. This is a full-time, remote call center role that offers the opportunity to work in a high-volume production environment, providing exceptional support to patients, insurance companies, and attorneys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing medical record requests, documenting information in multiple platforms, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process medical record requests via phone calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, providing timely and accurate updates on medical record status.
- Document information in multiple platforms using dual computer monitors, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, to perform tasks and maintain records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Participate in comprehensive onsite/virtual training programs, followed by job shadowing with an assigned mentor, to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Qualifications and Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
