Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Specialist to join our team, focusing on fostering long-term relationships with our restaurant partners and driving their success through our Menufy by blithequark solution. As a key member of our customer success team, you will work closely with our highest volume restaurant partners to ensure their continued success and growth. Your primary responsibilities will include customer outreach, retention, new product/service awareness, and order improvement coaching. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and contribute to the success of our restaurant partners.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs, providing expert knowledge on product features and consulting services to help them optimize their operations.
  • Design and implement effective customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business, ensuring long-term partnerships with our restaurant partners.
  • Recover, optimize, maintain, and protect our customers' information on search engines and Google Business Profiles, ensuring their online presence is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with external organizations, such as Google Support, to address customer needs and provide timely resolutions to any issues that may arise.
  • Schedule and conduct performance briefings with customers, working closely with them to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored solutions to address their unique challenges.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our competitors and industry trends, using this knowledge to inform our customer success strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Review customers' business settings and modify them as needed to optimize their success, ensuring they are leveraging our solutions to their full potential.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-year industry or related experience required, with a minimum of 3-year customer service experience. 1+ years of restaurant experience is preferred, and fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
