Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Gate Agent role is to assist passengers with boarding the aircraft, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. This involves monitoring computerized passenger boarding, providing support to customers with special needs, and making changes to customer flight itineraries as required. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver industry-leading service and meet corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights, ensuring a safe and efficient process
  • Monitor computerized passenger boarding, making adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide support to customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
  • Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required, ensuring that all changes are made efficiently and effectively
  • Operate the Jetway, ensuring that all safety procedures are followed

Qualifications and Competencies
