**Job Summary**
As a Customer and Data Support Specialist – Complaint Management, you will play a critical role in managing customer complaints and questions related to our products and services. You will be responsible for prioritizing business opportunities and product/service solutions, developing processes and procedures for user access and management across our Integrated Solutions platform, and supporting other complaint management tasks across the platform. This is a 12-month contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a flexible remote work arrangement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage customer complaints and questions related to our products and services, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Prioritize business opportunities and product/service solutions to drive customer satisfaction and business growth
* Develop and implement processes and procedures for user access and management across our Integrated Solutions platform
* Support other complaint management tasks across the platform, including single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions
* Collaborate with the Integrated Solutions Data and Customer Support Team to ensure seamless support and resolution
* Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve issues and drive business outcomes
* Analyze and resolve complex data-related issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, healthcare)
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, data management, or a related field
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to resolve complex data-related issues
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and platforms
* Knowledge of medical device industry regulations and compliance requirements
