As a Customer Service Associate IV at blithequark, you'll be part of a talented team that interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. You'll take and process transactions via phone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives, responding to inquiries about blithequark's products or services. You may also promote and sell our company's products or services, as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via blithequark's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate IV, your key responsibilities will include:- Managing backlog orders and open orders; communicating late deliveries to the customer and internal teams as required.
- Investigating credit and debit requests and queries to issue credit/debit as necessary.
- Answering technical queries from customers using online technical references and to offer alternatives using available resources.
- Driving corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise customer satisfaction levels.
Education and Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- 4 or more years of related work experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate IV at blithequark, you can expect:- A competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $46,800 - $70,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location).
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits.
