About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via chat and email platforms. Your primary objective will be to ensure that client queries are addressed in a timely, professional, and pleasing manner, leveraging your knowledge, skills, and our comprehensive knowledge database.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound client chat and email queries in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to their concerns.
- Provide detailed and helpful answers to customer queries related to setup and configuration, usage and maintenance, and general functional and/or technical questions, utilizing provided templates, scripts, and the knowledge database.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client questions and issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our knowledge database repository.
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to build and develop a comprehensive knowledge database repository, incorporating newly encountered issues, concerns, comments, and/or suggestions to enhance our support capabilities.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and a strong work ethic to meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- A college graduate from a reputable school, with a strong foundation in English language and communication skills.
- Excellent English written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
