Job Overview

The Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch support to the Internal Body Shop, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and facilitating the repair process. Key Responsibilities

  • Work scheduling maintenance to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to facilitate communication and resolve issues
  • Prepare for vehicle arrivals, ensuring all necessary documentation and information are in place
  • Manage WARP and CCC arrivals, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth processing
  • Communicate effectively with customers, setting expectations and providing updates on repair status
  • Coordinate rental arrangements and handoffs, ensuring customers have a seamless experience
  • Provide regular vehicle status updates, keeping customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Reorder materials and components as needed, ensuring timely repairs and minimizing delays
  • Conduct repair overviews and deliveries, ensuring customers are satisfied with the final product

Essential Qualifications

  • A certificate from a Vocational School in Collision Repair is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in the technical aspects of collision repair
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and provide clear updates to customers and teams
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred, with the ability to navigate various software applications and systems
  • Must be willing to train others, sharing knowledge and expertise to support team growth and development
  • Must be comfortable operating in a collision shop environment, with the ability to work independently in constrained supervision environments
  • Must be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Technical knowledge of collision repair processes and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
