As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business strategies and that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute existing reporting and analytical obligations (30%) * Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%) * Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%) * Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the core functional team (20%) * Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall plan (10%) **Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports** This position reports to a Director This position has no Immediate Reports **Travel Requirements** Normally requires occasional travel under 10% of the time **Physical Requirements** Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a need to move or lift light objects. **Working Conditions** Located in a comfortable indoor area.
