Art Director / Graphic Designer

Job Summary As an Art Director / Graphic Designer, you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, driving innovative design solutions that elevate our brand and captivate our audience. Your artistic vision and technical expertise will play a vital role in shaping visual narratives across various platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring that every project resonates with our brand identity and marketing goals. What you’ll do • Lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand standards and marketing objectives. • Develop compelling branding strategies, including logo design and visual identity systems that enhance brand recognition. • Create engaging motion graphics and digital art for various media, including web, social media, and print advertising. • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma to produce high-quality designs. • Oversee UI and web design projects, ensuring user-friendly layouts that enhance the overall user experience. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visually striking presentations and promotional materials that effectively communicate messaging. • Manage photography projects, including photo shoots and photo manipulation to ensure high-quality imagery across all platforms. • Stay updated on industry trends in graphic design, typography, color theory, and digital design to continually innovate and inspire. Basic qualifications • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe After Effects. • Strong understanding of color management principles and typography best practices. Preferred qualifications • Experience in motion graphics creation and video editing. • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress. • Proven skills in production design and layout design for both digital and print formats. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
