Consultants & Freelancers Wanted — Partner With a New Business Advisory Firm (Scale Advising)
I’m launching Scale Advising, a business advisory firm focused on helping startups and SMEs grow, structure, and scale effectively.
Rather than hiring employees, I’m looking to partner with experienced consultants and high-quality freelancers who want consistent deal flow, long-term collaboration, and a bigger project revenues.
This is ideal for professionals who already consult independently and want to work under a shared brand, collaborate on projects, and grow together.
Who I’m Looking For
Consultants or freelancers with experience in one or more of the following areas:
Business Strategy & Growth Consulting
Marketing Strategy / Performance Marketing
Financial Modeling, Valuation & Forecasting
Operations & Process Optimization
Sales Funnels, CRM & Revenue Strategy
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Branding, Positioning & Go-To-Market Strategy
You do not need to cover all areas — specialization is preferred.
How the Partnership Works
You remain independent (not an employee)
Projects are brought in through Scale Advising
Revenue is shared per project (clear split agreed upfront)
You focus on delivery — client acquisition is handled centrally
Long-term collaborators may take on lead roles in their domain
What I’m Looking For in You
Proven experience with real clients or businesses
Strong communication and professionalism
Ability to deliver structured, actionable insights
Interest in building something long-term (not a one-off gig)
Certifications are a plus but not required — results matter more.
