Florida Licensed Legal Clerk
A company is looking for a Legal Clerk to provide support to their legal team in managing legal matters related to property and casualty insurance.
Key Responsibilities
• Add new cases to the legal case management system and ensure accurate documentation
• Assist attorneys with research, document preparation, and compliance with legal standards
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information for cases
Required Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor's degree in legal studies preferred
• 1 year of prior experience in a legal support role or insurance industry is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is a plus
• Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance concepts and legal principles
• Proficient in legal research methods and resources
