A leading legal service provider is seeking a Bankruptcy Litigation Associate to work remotely with occasional onsite meetings in Georgia. The position offers competitive compensation and a sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and risk analysis. Ideal candidates will hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, have an active Georgia Bar license, and possess 0-3 years of bankruptcy or civil litigation experience.
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential. Multi-state licenses are a plus.
