Skills
• A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in emergency department (ED), call centers, or triage within a provider’s office.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and excellent computer skills.
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to think quickly and remain dedicated in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Compact licensure is encouraged, and applicants should be willing to obtain additional state nursing licenses as needed.
Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care and support for pediatric and adult patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage in telephone triage, assessing patient needs and directing them appropriately.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in relevant settings.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
