[Remote] Virtual Insurance Sales Consultant

As a Virtual Insurance Sales Consultant, you will engage with warm leads, conduct consultations, and recommend insurance solutions while managing your pipeline and maintaining compliance.
Responsibilities
• Engage with warm leads who have already requested information
• Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
• Recommend life insurance and financial protection solutions that fit clients’ goals
• Build trust, follow up consistently, and manage your pipeline
• Use our CRM to track activity and stay organized
• Participate in optional daily training sessions, team calls, and mentorship meetings
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations
Skills
• A Life & Health License is required
• Have sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
• Communicate clearly and build rapport easily
• Are disciplined, coachable, and eager to grow
• Can follow a proven system and maintain consistent activity
• Welcome a flexible, remote work environment
