ABOUT THE ROLE: Revolut For Business is growing its US Sales organisation and looks for a Sales Operations Manager to play a critical role in setting and executing US sales strategy. This is a great opportunity to leverage your entrepreneurial skills and Sales Ops expertise to build a highly effective sales organisation from the ground up. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Own the overall US sales strategy including defining and implement innovative go-to-market strategies • Develop and execute initiatives designed to optimise sales team efficiency and productivity • Oversee implementation of enablement programs, working closely with international peers to tailor content and trainings to the US market • Create and manage operational processes such as lead generation, forecasting, and budgeting • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, to identify and prioritise opportunities to accelerate growth of the US business • Be a strong foundational leader, drawing upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively manage the US sales cadence WHAT YOU'LL NEED • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 5 in sales / business operations • A strong quantitative background (e.g. past experience in consulting or investment banking, or a STEM degree) • Experience building, implementing and improving processes and operations as the business scales Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
