[Remote] Workday Payroll & Payroll Tax Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LHH is seeking a Workday Payroll & Payroll Tax Partner for a contract role. The position involves processing payroll, ensuring tax compliance, and delivering excellent customer service while working remotely.
Responsibilities
• Process payroll for multiple entities across the US & Canada
• Ensure tax compliance (federal, state, local) like a pro
• Partner with OSV/ADP for accurate tax reporting
• Solve problems, reconcile data, and keep things running smoothly
• Deliver top-notch customer service internally & externally
Skills
• 4+ years Workday Payroll & Payroll Tax experience (not just HCM!)
• 6+ years progressive payroll experience
• Multi-state/local tax expertise
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables)
• Experience with OSV or ADP SmartCompliance
• Detail-oriented, independent, and ready to adapt
