Telehealth Physician Remote | Messaging Only | Flexible | Mission Driven

We are a small group of physicians who started a telehealth messaging platform to donate our time and provide affordable care to patients who otherwise have limited or no access to healthcare. What began as a volunteer effort has grown rapidly, and we have reached the limit of what the three founding doctors can sustainably handle on our own. We are now looking for a small number of like minded MD or DO physicians to help us continue expanding access to care. This is not a high pressure corporate telemedicine job. We are doctors helping patients, plain and simple. Situations you can do visits in? • While waiting at the airport or during layovers • On your off week while your kids are at school • Between rounds, cases, or clinic sessions • During school pickup or activities • Relaxing at home with downtime • While traveling or staying in a hotel • During a slow night shift or call period • Waiting anywhere with a few spare minutes • On vacation during downtime, not during family time • When you want low stress human interaction without the overhead of a full visit About the Role • 100 percent text based care through our custom HIPAA compliant telehealth messaging app • No video. No phone calls. No schedules forced on you • You can turn availability on or off at any time • You can manage multiple patient chats simultaneously • Most visits are urgent care style – Coughs and colds – Flu and viral illnesses – Simple rashes – Medication refills – Straightforward primary and urgent care concerns Most visits take just a few minutes. Our Patients We primarily serve patients who: • Are uninsured or underinsured • Are homeless or housing insecure • Live in rural or medically underserved areas • Have limited access to primary care or urgent care Our goal is to provide care when patients otherwise have no options. Compensation • $10 per completed visit • Most encounters last 5 to 6 minutes • High efficiency providers may see multiple patients at once Estimated earning potential based on volume: • Dependent on how many visits you complete per month This started as volunteer work. As we grow, our intention is to increase physician pay when financially possible. Our goal is sustainability, not profit. Who We Are Looking For We are only looking for a few physicians, not a large pool.
