Real Estate Office Marketing & Transaction Manager - Part Time VA
Job Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture an active sales pipeline
• Conduct market analysis to support accurate property valuations for buyers and sellers
• Qualify prospective clients and schedule appointments for REALTORS® to list, show, and tour properties
• Assist with transaction management, ensuring deadlines, communication, and documentation remain organized and accurate
• Provide exceptional customer service to new leads and existing clients
• Create, manage, and post social media content, online ads, and digital marketing campaigns
• Design flyers, listing materials, neighborhood reports, and branded graphics
• Create and edit videos for marketing, listings, social media, and branding
• Support listing preparation with basic staging knowledge and an eye for photography, helping ensure homes present well online and in marketing
• Learn, implement, and manage cutting-edge tech systems, CRMs, and online tools
• Work directly with the owner on marketing, operations, and administrative tasks
Qualifications
• Business-minded with an interest in growth, marketing, and sales strategy
• Passion for sales, real estate, and customer service
• Personable, enthusiastic, and proactive self-starter
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools, CRMs, and emerging systems
• Experience with social media management, online ads, flyer design, video creation/editing
• Knowledge of staging, design principles, and photography is a plus
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Dependable, accountable, and responsive
• Experience in real estate, B2C sales, transaction coordination, or marketing preferred
• Active Texas Real Estate License or real estate industry background is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
