Responsibilities • Support contract and procurement activities from start to finish to ensure the best global purchase decisions. • Coordinate activities and resources, and work with partners to execute contracts. • Ensure IT, Regulatory and Global Compliance. • Lead all aspects of a project from project planning, coordinating internal and external resources, and reporting to key stakeholders. • Establish budgets and manage exceptions and resolve contractual matters. • Support project managers through all contracting matters. • Ensure compliance for all Global Clearance and Import/Export legal requirements. • Facilitate work between sourcing, Legal, and other project partners. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology-related field. • Experience with project management tools, global procurement, and/or contract management. • Analytical, problem solving, communication, negotiation, and influence skills. • Developed reports suitable for different audiences at various levels and functions.
