This role emphasizes clarity, pacing, and retention, not flashy effects.
Scripts and structure will be provided.
Responsibilities
•Edit long-form YouTube videos
• Produce faceless video versions when required
• Maintain consistent pacing and brand style
• Prepare videos so they can be easily repurposed into short-form
• Follow defined style and structure guidelines

You will:
• Deliver clean, professional, ready-to-publish videos
Requirements
• Proven YouTube editing experience
• Comfortable editing educational or talking-head content
• Reliable turnaround times
