Key Responsibilities

  • Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions to ensure our members better understand their coverage and options.
  • Offer solutions and support to improve our members' healthcare experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on their lives.
  • Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our members, providing patient, supportive, and empathetic interactions that demonstrate a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve member inquiries and concerns, ensuring seamless and efficient issue resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience interacting with clients in a customer-facing environment (e.g., call center, retail, customer support, hospitality industry, military experience).
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and strong computer skills.
