**Experienced Senior Lead Analytics Consultant – Cards, Retail, and Merchant Services Operations Analytics**

If you're a seasoned analytics professional with a passion for driving business growth and innovation, we want to hear from you. **About this position:** arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Analytics Consultant to join our Cards, Retail, and Merchant Services (CRMS) Operations Analytics group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping Small Business Lending and CRMS Operations achieve their goals through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing analytics solutions that drive business optimization, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. **In this position, you will:** * Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing expert guidance on analytical techniques and methodologies to address complex business and technical challenges * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and subject matter experts across the organization, serving as a professional consultant to management * Lead the development and implementation of analytics solutions to address complex and high-impact challenges, requiring vision, innovation, and coordination of multiple stakeholders and projects * Provide strategic direction and insights to senior management on implementing innovative and large-scale business solutions that align with arenaflex's goals and objectives * Lead critical initiatives, teams, and/or mentor or manage less experienced staff, interns, and outside contractors * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives **Required Qualifications:** * 7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, financial modeling, or statistics, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education * Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics solutions and insights that drive business growth and improvement **Desired Qualifications:** * Advanced degree-level skills in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), SAS, Python, SQL Server development using Management Studio, Integration Services, Reporting Services, and Analysis Services * Experience working with multiple database systems, including Oracle, DB2, and Teradata * Experience in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on Consumer Lending, including Collections, Servicing, Small Business Lending, Credit Card, Retail Services, Personal Lending, and Deposit products * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to research, analyze, and present complex data insights to stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommending new approaches based on those results * Excellent presentation skills to communicate insights and recommendations to diverse audiences through BI and other mediums, backed by strong analytics and data * Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity, with strong mission control skills to manage multiple projects concurrently * Strong analytical and technical skills to investigate complex data while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy * Experience growing partnerships and collaborating with other businesses and functional areas * Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and implement change or suggest solutions * Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, with flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability being essential **Pay Range:** * $45 - $65 hourly **What we offer:** * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance **How to apply:** If you're a motivated and experienced analytics professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
