What You’ll Do • Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns. • Work closely with content strategists, art directors, and copywriters to bring stories to life. • Enhance videos with motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and sound design. • Adapt videos to fit different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). • Maintain brand consistency across client projects by adhering to creative guidelines. • Stay updated on video editing trends, storytelling techniques, and platform-specific formats. • Collaborate efficiently with remote teams using tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Google Drive. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in video editing (agency or freelance experience is a plus). • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. • Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills. • Experience in editing videos for social media, ads, and brand storytelling. • Basic knowledge of color grading and audio mixing. • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Bonus: Skills in motion design, animation, or 3D visuals are highly desirable.
