## Roles and responsibilities Design, implement and support systems for managing Funding Desk portfolio - rates, liquidity, liquidation, credit, and bolthires risks Work on end to end trading strategies pipeline: quantitative research, automation, optimal execution, reporting Work closely with Trading, Research and Tech to ensure smooth 24/7 trading Automate trading workflows to improve efficiency and risk management Develop trade analytics tools to monitor execution quality and enhance performance ## Requirements: Completed university degree in a numerical subject Strong knowledge of any OOP programming language - will be thoroughly tested at interview Excellent teamwork and communication skills - a demonstrated ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment and handle pressure in such an environment Ability to develop new skills and understand new market developments quickly Mental curiosity to solve markets-related problems • *If you’re passionate about blockchain and decentralized technologies, explore more opportunities in web3 and cryptocurrency careers.** Apply tot his job
