Tax Attorney (IRS/State Notice Support + Tax Issue Resolution) - Contract to Hire
We want a tax attorney available on an as-needed basis for representation, complex tax matters, audits, and official notice resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Review/respond to IRS/state notices
Provide legal guidance on tax disputes, collections, audit defense
Advise on entity/legal structure where legal counsel is required
Represent us if escalations occur
Requirements
Licensed attorney (tax focus)
Experience with small business cases and notice/audit response
Clear written communication
