[Remote] Technical Writer Security Contract Analyst

They are seeking a Technical Writer Security Contract Analyst to create engaging content and respond to customer inquiries about their security product suite, while collaborating across the organization to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Responsibilities • Respond to customer requests for information and create responses to help the customer understand our security products • Write engaging content that provides clear technical explanations in a human voice • Work to always improve our existing content library to ensure it is both up to date and of the quality expected of Ivanti content • Develop, review, and maintain internal policies and procedures, especially those relating to information security and compliance • Support and collaborate with our external security vendor by ensuring all required documentation is current, accurate, and accessible Skills • Experience in writing for security policies and customer questionnaires • Experience and skill at responding to customers' requests for technical information • Technical policy development and technical policy writing • 3+ years' experience managing security policies and security terms • Project management and administrative support skills • Prior experience working for a technically focused company preferred • Familiarity with 1 or more of the following: NIST, SOC 2, DORA, ISO 27001 • Knowledge of SaaS, cloud architecture and security Benefits • Friendly flexible working model: Empower excellence whether you’re at home or in the office and support work-life balance. • Competitive compensation & total rewards: Including health, wellness, and financial plans tailored for you and your family. • Learning & development: Grow your skills with access to best-in-class learning tools and programs.
