Job Summary The Senior Manager of Sales Acceleration for Inside Sales is responsible for developing and executing programs that empower the sales team to achieve revenue and unit goals. This role focuses on creating impactful programs aligned with sales strategies, driving continuous skills development, and partnering across functions to streamline processes that enhance both internal operations and customer experiences. This role also manages a small team of sales enablement professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and development to drive program success. Job Description Core Responsibilities • Build and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales aligned with business objectives. • Create ongoing training initiatives focused on product knowledge, sales skills, and industry trends. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness, identify performance gaps, and provide actionable insights for improvement. • Partner closely with national readiness and enablement teams, as well as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure alignment and consistency across all programs and tools. • Contribute to the selection and utilization of sales enablement tools and platforms to support program delivery and enhance sales productivity. • Lead and mentor a team of enablement professionals. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across departments. • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
