Our team is comprised of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries, all united by a shared passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Job Summary** As a Data Analyst and Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and customer-centric solutions. You'll work closely with our internal teams and external partners to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. Your expertise will be essential in helping us maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction, while also driving efficiency and cost savings across our operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain global customer support dashboards and reports for both internal stakeholders and external partners using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including Tableau * Collaborate with the arenaflex Data Insights team to migrate ad-hoc Tableau dashboards into our custom data visualization tools * Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer support data * Provide level one support to external partners and internal customers on data-related queries and issues * Work with Data Engineering teams to ensure the timely resolution of data integrity issues * Train and educate customers on how to effectively use and interpret reports and data * Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation, including data dictionaries, report definitions, and best practices * Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements, business processes, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Prepare and present regular executive-level reports on status, insights, and trends to inform and drive business decisions * Design and implement comprehensive and predictable methodologies, tools, and processes related to dashboard maintenance and reporting support **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and business acumen, preferably in a customer support or related functional setting * Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar * Proven ability to design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and insights that drive operational improvements * Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity * Project/program management, process improvement, influencing, presenting, and consulting skills * Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills – the ability to convey complex ideas in simple terms, engaging diverse audiences to drive results **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field or related area * Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field * Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data security best practices * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being and career growth of our employees.
