We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our Customer Care division as full-time Customer Service Representatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, addressing questions and concerns regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
  • Take inbound calls and provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to member inquiries, ensuring that they understand their coverage and options.
  • Offer solutions and support to simplify the health care experience for our members, leveraging your knowledge and skills to make a positive impact.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge of health care and expand your professional skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve business objectives and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.

Work Environment and Flexibility:

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible scheduling options to support your needs. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home if you meet the necessary criteria, which includes maintaining your own internet connection with approved speed requirements, securing a distraction-free workspace, and successfully completing our comprehensive training program. Our site hours are 6am-7pm local time, and scheduled start times may vary to support business needs.

Comprehensive Training Program:

To ensure your success in this role, we provide an extensive 8-week onsite training program that combines hands-on learning, self-paced modules, and leadership engagement. Our training is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service and make a meaningful contribution to our team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life.
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90 per hour, depending on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, including:
