As we gear up for new production initiatives, we’re looking for a skilled individual to join our manufacturing team. This role involves hands-on production activities, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure efficiency and scalability<br><br><strong>As a Line Facilitator, You Will<br><br></strong><ul><li>Perform fabrication and machining activities (~80%), including machine set-up, operation, finishing, inspection, and handling of metal and plastic components.</li><li>Carry out indirect duties (~20%) such as production reporting, expediting, supporting continuous improvement projects, and preparing audit documentation.</li><li>Monitor machine cycle times and part quality; identify deviations and lead corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and cGMP/GMP standards; maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li><li>Apply knowledge of machine tooling, diagnostics, and quality control to support new projects and increase capacity.</li><li>Train and mentor team members on specialized fabrication machinery; provide cross-site support when required.</li><li>Perform operator asset care and first-line maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.</li><li>Lead improvement and 6S activities to enhance yield, efficiency, and safety.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements & Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Recognized qualification or experience in assembly/manufacturing operations.</li><li>Experience in supervised manufacturing (medical device preferred) with knowledge of GMP and validation principles.</li><li>Familiarity with lean principles, 6S, and Operator Asset Care.</li><li>Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions accurately.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.</li><li>Proactive and resilient, with sound judgment and discretion.</li><li>Experience mentoring or training colleagues on specialized machinery.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP systems and strong safety focus.<br><br></li></ul>At Johnson & Johnson, we want every candidate to feel supported throughout the hiring process.
