This work-from-home position allows you to work in a flexible environment while utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service. **About the Role:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You'll effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services, and assist with new customer onboarding and account setup.
