**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and executing customer success metrics and account strategies to drive growth and retention
* Building trust with our clients through open and interactive communication, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms to stay connected with our clients
* Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities, aligning product and customer roadmaps to deliver customer renewals
* Presenting our benefits programs to new and existing clients, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
* Overseeing and prioritizing each client in your portfolio to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded
**Qualifications:**
To succeed as a Customer Support Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

* **Must be a US or Canadian citizen**
* Proven ability to work as a productive team member, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
