**Experienced Customer Service and Support Representative – Onsite at arenaflex**

**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service and Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support via phone, chat, email, and/or ticketing portal to deliver the fastest and easiest resolution possible. You'll receive technical support calls covering a wide range of topics, from routine matters like password resets to general product questions to complex support inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling a high volume of customer contacts in a professional manner
* Creating work order tickets while responding to client requests via phone, chat, emails, and ticketing portal
* Providing exceptional customer service in every interaction
* Being skilled in multi-tasking while effectively navigating across multiple technology platforms and systems
* Maintaining customer records by updating account information
* Understanding and working with a sense of urgency
* Having a willingness to help and solve issues
**Who You Are**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:
* A minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in a high-volume support environment
* Prior Customer Service experience is preferred
* Strong computer knowledge, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and Google applications or comparable technology is preferred
* Understanding of ticketing systems
* Exceptional communication skills
* Critical thinking and logical prioritization skills
* Ability to thrive and remain positive in a constantly changing environment
While direct call center experience is preferred, we're open to considering candidates with training, military experience, and/or education as alternatives.
