Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced full-time data entry and technical support specialist to work from home and provide specialized help for network framework and inward work area frameworks programming and equipment. The successful candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent technical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data accurately to ensure data integrity and security
  • Provide technical support to PC system users and answer questions or resolve PC issues for clients face-to-face, via phone, or from a remote location
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to hardware or software, including printing, installation, and project systems
  • Conduct site visits inside the region to investigate issues and install or update hardware and software as needed
  • Follow up with clients to verify that issues were resolved completely and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain passwords, data integrity, and record system security to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Complete service orders to avoid operational delays in resolving issues and provide timely solutions to clients

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server) and experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Ghost, Symantec, Remote Desktop Applications, Active Directory, and different Internet browsers
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Experience working in a remote environment and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a technical support role and providing solutions to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Knowledge of project systems, such as SPLUS, ETPS2, and E2K, and experience with email and working systems
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
