About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our customer service team, providing exceptional support to our customers via chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard
