Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Working with AOG orders as required * Providing past-due requests to vendors * Handling maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to meet material needs * Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups * Resuscitating FMR or log pages with current vehicle data * Creating and resuscitating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams for quality assurance * Maintaining accurate purchasing records and information within purchasing software programs * Assisting Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status * Collaborating with internal divisions and vendors to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity **Your Impact** As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management.
