Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ground Operations Agent. As a Ground Operations Agent, you will be responsible for providing client care to all clients, including arranged or endorsed organizations. Your duties will include ground exercises, plane cleaning, security, undertakings, and grocery store commitments as required. Key Responsibilities

  • Process tickets, check items, screen lightweight stuff for size and sum, and give out seats
  • Provide information on arrival and flight times, loading strategy, compact rules, and visitor plans
  • Marshal in the planes and push back the plane
  • Handle denied boarding conditions, demand volunteers, re-accommodate clients, and provide housing, dining experience, and taxi vouchers when appropriate
  • Assist clients with unique requirements, i.e., clients who need assistance with loading and unloading items
  • Work significant, motorized equipment/gear including, but not limited to pulls, ranch trucks, belt loaders, bag trucks, push-back ranch vehicles, deicers, etc.
  • Maintain safety/well-being efforts and monitors security sensitive areas Assurance FAA
  • Ensure arenaflex and airport rules are complied with
  • Perform various commitments as dispensed

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Be authorized to work in the US as described by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
  • Pass a Criminal Background check
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of customer service experience in a related field, preferably in the airline industry
  • Valid/Unexpired Driver's License
  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
  • The ability to read, write, and communicate in English to understand and follow rules, instructions, and safety procedures, as well as the ability to interact with clients

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment
  • People-oriented, highly energetic with a positive and well-organized attitude
  • Available to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to stay late for irregular assignments
  • Ability to work physically under time constraints
  • Willingness to attend required training
