Our team provides outsourced management services to over 1,300 insurance entities across 30 offices globally and in Ireland comprises a dedicated team of 60 people providing best-in-class captive outsourced management services, across all functions, to 40 captive insurance and reinsurance companies.</p><h2>What the day will look like</h2><p>As an Associate Director & Client Relationship Lead, you will lead Aon Captive Management service teams to deliver top quality captive management services to a number of our client captive insurance and reinsurance companies. You will also be a member of our Senior Leadership Team responsible for delivering financial and business results in line with our strategic objectives.</p><p>You will be responsible for the following tasks, for a number of our captive insurance/reinsurance clients:</p><ul><li>Leading a client service team, ranging typically from 5 to 7 people, to ensure the delivery of high-quality captive management and advisory services</li><li>Coordinate the insurance, claims and financial and regulatory reporting requirements for clients</li><li>Prepare high quality reports and present to the Board of Directors</li><li>Coordinate client projects and initiatives and drive all assigned projects to conclusion</li><li>Identify Aon solutions to meet client needs and proactively seek out revenue growth opportunities</li></ul><p>You will participate in our Senior leadership team who are passionate about maintaining and developing our service excellence to our captive clients, supporting with the below:</p><ul><li>Development of talent</li><li>Allocations of resources to clients</li><li>Resource and hiring planning</li><li>Systems advancements</li><li>Delivering high performing teams</li><li>Fulfilling the responsibilities of an inclusive people leader</li><li>Delivering Business Results and profitability</li></ul><h2>How this opportunity is different</h2><p>With Aon, as an Associate Director and Client Relationship Lead, we will encourage and support you to elevate your qualifications and experience to bring client servicing excellence and problem-solving capabilities through access to the breadth of Aon’s range of risk, retirement and health solutions.</p><h2>Skills and experience that will lead to success</h2><ul><li>Possess strong client servicing skills</li><li>Hold a relevant professional qualification (Accounting, Insurance or Risk Management)</li><li>Have a minimum of 8 years relevant post-qualified experience (within or supporting a regulated insurance company/reinsurance company/captive insurance company or similar regulated financial services entity)</li><li>Have a solid understanding of the financial reporting, regulatory and compliance environment which governs insurance and reinsurance companies and/or captives</li><li>Have a solid understanding of the principles of risk finance</li><li>Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Possess the ability to develop and lead a team</li><li>Possess good commercial awareness</li></ul><h2>How we support our colleagues</h2><p>In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
