I am seeking a highly experienced U.S. immigration attorney—preferably with significant TN/USMCA experience—to review a planned TN engagement.
Scope of work includes:
Reviewing a short description of the role and duties
Advising on whether the engagement fits better under a contractor consulting model or an employee model
Identifying risks or compliance concerns with each approach
Recommending the safest structure for TN approval
Optional: reviewing the drafted support letter
What we are NOT asking for:
AI-generated responses and quality check (we need ACTUAL HUMAN EXPERTISE)
Not requesting full petition preparation
Ideal qualifications:
U.S. immigration attorney with TN/USMCA experience
Background in employment classification for visa purposes
