We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Analyst with real Meta media buying experience to monitor and diagnose high-spend ecommerce ad accounts.
You’ll work directly with our Head of Media, tracking performance relentlessly and spotting patterns others miss — before problems show up in CPA.
You won’t launch ads. You’ll see the signals early and act fast.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor Meta ad accounts spending $100k+/day
Identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies across performance
Catch early signals of:
Creative fatigue
Structural issues
Comment sentiment impacting conversion
Diagnose why performance is changing — not just report it
Recommend clear actions and escalate decisively
Direct the right team members to take action

Requirements
1–2 years hands-on Meta media buying
1+ year as a performance analyst
Proven ability to spot patterns across noisy data
Strong understanding of First Click attribution
Experience with Triple Whale
Comfortable operating under pressure at scale
