By building strong relationships, ensuring supplying clients with valuable feedback and reporting, you significantly contribute to our client’s success. 1. Relationship Building: • Department Managers: Build and continue fostering positive relationships with department managers. • Client Engagement: Be the face of our brand during store visits, engaging with key stakeholders. 2. Premium Display Locations: • Strategic Placement: Secure prime locations within key departments. • Visual Impact: Ensure our products shine in every aspect, maximizing visibility. 3. Execution and Stock Levels: • Attention to Detail: Confirm that displays and walls are executed properly, meeting planogram expectations. • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed. 4. Valuable Insights: • Call Reports: Provide detailed feedback through call reports. • Pictures: Capture visual insights during store visits. • Excellent Communication Skills: • Articulate and effective communication to engage with department managers and internal managers. • Warm and Approachable: • A friendly demeanor that fosters positive relationships. • Proven Relationship Builder: • Demonstrated ability to establish lasting connections with cosmetic managers. • Professional Appearance and Demeanor: • Represent our brand with professionalism and poise. • Passion for Cosmetics: • Genuine interest in beauty products and industry trends. • Access to Own Vehicle: • Reliable transportation. • Availability: • Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
