[Remote] VP, Brand Partnerships (Influencer Marketing)

As the VP of Brand Partnerships, you will lead complex enterprise deals and build long-term partnerships with ambitious brands, driving measurable impact through influencer marketing and strategic consulting.
Responsibilities
• Own and lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to close—engaging Marketing, Brand, and Procurement stakeholders across target accounts
• Build and grow strategic relationships with senior client decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor who understands their business goals and translates them into tailored marketing solutions
• Drive new business acquisition by managing qualified inbound leads while proactively generating pipeline within high-value accounts through outbound campaigns, industry events, and targeted outreach
• Design and execute account-based sales strategies, including stakeholder mapping, multi-threaded engagement, and proposal development with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Strategy, Creative, and Delivery, to build integrated marketing programs that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results
• Contribute to Viral Nation’s go-to-market strategy, using market insights and performance data to refine targeting, messaging, and overall sales approach
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and real-time performance tracking across deals
• Represent Viral Nation at industry conferences and events, positioning the company as a category leader in influencer marketing, paid media, and community engagement
• Champion a culture of high performance, continuously improving sales processes, mentoring team members, and contributing to team-wide sales enablement initiatives
• Act as a growth partner to your clients, expanding relationships beyond initial wins into long-term, programmatic engagements
Skills
• 10+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing, digital media, or marketing services
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with senior stakeholders across Fortune 1000 brands
• Experience selling into verticals like CPG, Retail, eCommerce, or Entertainment
• Skilled in account-based selling, outbound pipeline generation, and stakeholder mapping
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills
• Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), with disciplined pipeline and forecast management
• HubSpot preferred
