Talented Graphic/Digital Designer Needed

Hello! We’re a small but mighty digital agency in Canada helping small businesses and entrepreneurs with their digital marketing needs and goals. We’re looking for a Graphic/Digital Designer who can help create high-quality, modern and professional design work for various agency and client projects. Key focus will be on designing and creating assets for websites, social media, online marketing campaigns, email marketing, print materials, and more. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Include (but not limited to) the following: •Create multi-page website designs for various types of businesses (design file only, no website development as we do that in-house) • Create social media graphics, ad creatives, banners, and promotional visuals • Create brand kits that include logo designs, colour schemes, typography, iconography, product mockups, brand visuals, etc • Produce print-ready files such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs • Keep files organized and maintain a clean, professional asset library • Collaborate with our team to understand project needs and deliver on time EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS VALUABLE: • Figma or web-focused design tools • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Canva or similar design platforms • Creating assets optimized for social media platforms • Understanding of print specifications, bleed settings, and export best practices • Knowledge of digital marketing design principles IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Strong eye for clean, modern, professional design • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently • Excellent communication and receptive to feedback and collaboration • Detail-oriented with strong file organization habits • Able to take a concept or rough idea and turn it into polished visuals • Self-sufficient with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Familiar with branding, layout, and typography best practices If this sounds like a great fit, we encourage you to apply; only selected candidates will be contacted to discuss next steps and assess alignment.
