[Remote] Bodily Injury Adjuster I, II or Sr.

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Bodily Injury Adjuster to investigate complex claims. The role involves managing and resolving various bodily injury claims while demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities • Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations and decision making process • Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes • Manages, researches, and resolves complex and occasionally highly complex customer communications, concerns, conflicts or issues • Researches, responds to, or participates in Department of Insurance complaints or investigations • Negotiates and settles claims in accordance with business unit best practices • Sets initial reserve, updates reserve, documents rationale and claim summary notes • Determines and explains minimum coverage limits in complex and occasionally highly complex claims involving single or multiple claimants, also determines claim value • Reviews medical reports in preparation for claims settlement evaluation Skills • 2+ years of attorney represented bodily injury (BI) experience • Strong analytical skills • Attention to detail • Ability to effectively evaluate and negotiate claims • 3 or more years of experience Company Overview • Allstate is an insurance company that offers car, home, and life insurance services.
