Regulatory Consultant
A company is looking for a Part-Time Regulatory Affairs Consultant, Ad/Promo Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) activities, ensuring thorough review and approval of advertising and promotional materials
• Maintain compliance with EU MDR and FDA regulations for all assigned materials and claims
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to ensure regulatory compliance for product launch materials
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in reviewing scientific information and promotional materials
• 3+ years of direct experience with advertising and labeling compliance for drugs and medical devices
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
