CRM Creative Director / Copy Contractor (Remote)

Position Summary Contractor Location-Remote Work you'll do Work You’ll Do The work you’ll do as the CRM Associate Creative Director / Copy, you will craft the voice that powers dynamic, data-driven customer experiences—bridging the worlds of CRM vision, creative storytelling, and omni-channel communication. • Conceptualize, write, and refine multi-channel assets with focus on email and direct mail, ensuring every word and story ladder up to client objectives, leverage insights from brief related to audience, personalization, and product, and deliver on campaign tone and brand voice. • Collaborate with CRM strategists to map customer journeys and identify high-impact engagement moments, shaping messages that foster loyalty and maximize lifetime value. • Translate creative briefs and business goals into actionable, engaging assets, incorporating data, feedback, and best practices to optimize campaign performance. • Present creative ideas and rationales to clients and internal teams, championing narrative strategy and adapting to evolving feedback and real-time performance data. • Work cross-functionally with designers, producers, and technologists to ensure cohesive and impactful omni-channel campaign delivery. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in English, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field. • 4+ years’ experience in copywriting with a focus on CRM, digital, or content-driven marketing (brand, agency, or publisher environment). • Proven record in developing high-impact messaging for omni-channel CRM campaigns. • Experience leveraging customer data and analytics to personalize messaging and drive campaign performance. • Strong portfolio of work showcasing CRM, loyalty, and data-driven creative. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and strategic mindset. The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $90-$100 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
