The role

you've got
Bachelor's diploma in enterprise, Operations, or associated field; or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience managing BPO companies or outsourced operational packages

robust analytical and problem-fixing skills with understanding in operational metrics
exquisite communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation competencies
experience with SLA frameworks, QA packages, and supplier reporting
tested fulfillment in bill control and economic reconciliation
talent in Google Workspace, Asana, Salesforce, or other collaboration and CRM gear
