[Remote] Volunteer Advisory Board Member (Legal Counsel Expertise for a Startup)

Better Leaders Training Foundation is a leadership-training company focused on developing high-performance supervisors and managers in the Supply Chain space. They are seeking a Volunteer Advisory Board Member with Legal Counsel expertise to provide strategic guidance and legal insights to support the company's growth and operational structure. Responsibilities • Provide strategic guidance on business growth, operational structure, and long-term development. • Offer legal insights related to contracts, partnerships, organizational policies, and compliance considerations. • Advise on risk management, protection of intellectual property, and general best practices for a growing education company. • Support partnership development and network-building where appropriate. • Participate in quarterly virtual advisory meetings. • Serve as a thought partner to the founder as BLTF prepares for full-time operation.
